新建城市轨道交通运营筹备策略初探

笔者从运营筹备工作的必要性入手,提出城市轨道交通运营筹备工作应包括:架构模式筹备、人员筹备和开通筹备三大部分。对正常建设期的轨道交通运营筹备工作进行了规划和时程安排,作为轨道交通新建城市的参考。

THE OPERATION PREPARATORY WORK OF THE CITIES WHICH BEGAN BUILDING URBAN RAIL TRANSIT

Following the analysis of the necessity of operation preparatory work, it is proposed that the preparatory work should include three parts, organizational structure model preparation, and personnel preparation, and preparation for opening new lines. The operation preparatory work in normal construction period is planned and the preparatory work schedule is arranged. This can be used as reference for these cities which began building urban rail transit.
