南极长城湾潮间带叶绿素a的分布及变化

本文根据１９９２年１２月～１９９３年３月南极长城湾潮间带采集的浮游植物样品，进行了潮间带叶绿素ａ含量日变化、昼夜变化，退、涨潮时的差异以及不同现场和桶内样品昼夜变化的比较。结果表明：潮间带叶绿素ａ含量的日变化差异较大，其变化幅度不同，没有规律性。昼夜变化中白天比晚上的叶绿素ａ含量高，且变化幅度大。不同地点现场取样比桶内取样测得叶绿素ａ含量明显较高，波动大，变化趋势亦不同，说明影响浮游植物现存量的主要因素中，除温度和光外，营养盐也是非常重要的。

Analysis of Variation of Chlorophy-a Content in the Intertidal Zone of Great Wall Bay,Antarctica During Dec., 1992 to Mar., 1993

Based on the phytoplanktonic samples collected from the intertidal zone of Great Wall Bay,Antarctica during the period from Dec., 1992 to Mar., 1993, comparisons were made between the diurnal and diel varition of chlorophyll-a content and its varitions during flood andebb tides as well as its diel varitions in the samples from different work sites and those from different sampling. buckets. ResultS show that the dirunal varition in chlorophyll-a content in theintertidal zone was large and its range of varition also different and without regularity. In re-gard to the diel varition,the chlorophyll-a content in the day time was higher than in the night,and its range of variation big. The chlorophyll-1 content of the samples collected in differentsites were obviously higher than those of the samples from the different buckets. This shows thatamong the main factors influencing the standing stock of the phytoplankton, not only temperature,light,etc. but also nutrient salts and ample oxygen are very important.
