摘    要:从软泥样品中提出间隙水的方法一般分为压滤法、离心法、稀释法和有机溶剂提取法,其中压滤法最为常用。 我们于1984年新研制成一种外套不锈钢、内衬新型尼龙、活塞也用新型尼龙制成的压滤器。新型尼龙材料的抗压强度可达1010—1300kg/cm~2,抗弯曲强度为1520—1710kg/cm~2,抗涨强度为750—1000kg/cm~2,硬度为R110—120。材料经特殊加工和纯化,无重金属污染;


THE DEVELOPMENT OF A MULTIPURPOSE INTERSTITIALWATER SQUEEZER
Abstract:The multipurpose interstitial water squeezer consists of a squeezingfilter and an oil-pressurizer. The filter has a stainless-steel envelope and an inner tube made of a new type of nylon. The piston is nylon made too. This new type of nylon is superior in both bending and compression strengths. Practical compression of the oil-pressure reaches 15 tons, compression stress of the sample can be as high as 413kg/cm2. This device is characterized by high velocity, high efficiency, versatility, stability, easy operation and labour saving etc. It can be used with the microporous filter membrane and is designed for use in both the land and vessel laboratories.
