| 摘 要： | Web GIS是地理信息系统(GIS)未来发展的主要方向和研究热点,结合我国房地产估价现状和特点,本文从理论上探讨了将Web GIS应用于房地产估价中的前景。通过可行性分析,认为构建基于Web GIS技术的“数字化房地产”将是未来房地产业信息化的重要内容。

| Abstract: | Web GIS is the main development aspect and research hotspot of geographic information system in future. With the present situation and characteristics of real estate assessment in our country, the paper theoretically discusses the application prospect of Web GIS to real estate assessment. By the feasibility analysis, the author thinks that setting up "the digital real estate" based on Web GIS technologywill be the fundamental content of its informational developments. |
