| Abstract: | Regularities and specific features of the iron ore horizon, along with typomorphic features of ore-bearing and ore-barren units, of the Kerch Peninsula make it possible to distinguish six lithogenetic facies that are characterized by typical sedimentation environments and geochemical specializations. A principle sedimentation model is proposed for iron ore deposits of the Kerch Peninsula. |
