基于富钴结壳微地形采集头载荷波动性仿真研究

摘    要:根据富钴结壳微地形的数字高程模型进行分类,得到某个特定高程差下9种地形模型。针对基于富钴结壳微地形的采集头切削过程,编制仿真程序进行模拟。仿真结果表明相同高程差地形模型(SS,MS,LS)、(SM,MM,LM)、(SL,ML,LL)的波动系数平均值对应为(0.35583,0.33142,0.32795)、(0.39355,0.41104,0.39326)、(0.48822,0.46608,0.50516),数据表明地形的高低对载荷波动性的影响不明显;不同类型地形模型(SS,SM,SL)、(MS,MM,ML)、(LS,LM,LL)的平均值对应为(0.35583,0.39355,0.48822)、(0.33142,0.411 04,0.466 08)(0.32795,0.39326,0.50516),数据表明地形起伏越大,对应的载荷波动系数也越大,采集头切削过程越不平稳。

Abstract:Nine terrain models were marked out for the DEM of tiny terrain covered cobaltrich crust in certain difference of elevation,and the cutting process of the mining head based on tiny terrain was simulated.The average values of simulation in different terrain models(SS,MS,LS),(SM,MM,LM),(SL,ML,LL) is(0.355 83,0.331 42,0.327 95),(0.393 55,0.411 04,0.393 26),(0.488 22,0.466 08,0.505 16).Data indicate that the elevation of the terrain does not obviously affect load fluctuation.The average values in different terrain models(SS,SM,SL),(MS,MM,ML),(LS,LM,LL) is(0.355 83,0.393 55,0.488 22),(0.331 42,0.411 04,0.466 08),(0.327 95,0.393 26,0.505 16).Data indicate that the more the terrain fluctuates,the bigger the coefficient of load fluctuation becomes.
