A new approach to the problem of the lunar libration

Modern techniques permit a new approach to the solution of the problem of the lunar physical libration. The equations which express the phenomenon can be reconstructed and solved with the use of computers, while higher accuracy in its detection has been achieved with the development of a new observational method.
