| 摘 要： | 针对我国严格土地管理的紧迫需求及村镇现有土地监察手段的不足,基于Mobile GIS和OGR库,结合GPS信号处理、Windows Mobile API开发、数据模型等技术,本文在PDA环境下设计和建立了村镇土地监察系统,实现了GPS信号的读取、解析和坐标转换,Mobile GIS数据模型设计、违法用地几何及属性信息的快速采集、拍照取证及照片的超链接等功能。

| Abstract: | Aimed at the requirement of strict land management in China and the disadvantages of existing land monitoring method in rural areas,based on mobile GIS and OGR Simple Features Library,integrated with the technologies of serial communication,GPS signal processing,Windows Mobile API programming and data model,a Rural Land Monitoring System running in PDA environment was designed and established in the paper,in which processing of GPS signal,designing of Mobile GIS data model,quick acquiring of geometric and property information of illegal used land,taking photographs and linking with the relevant graphic were realized. |
