基于遥感分析的城市土地定级技术研究——以武汉市为例

在城镇土地定级方法中引入遥感数据分析,提出了应用遥感数据量化定级因子,实现土地定级快速更新的可行方案。以武汉市为例,利用MODIS植被指数和陆表温度产品,准确量化环境因子对定级单元的作用,快速更新武汉市土地定级成果,缩短了更新时间,提高了工作效率,优化了更新成果。
