| 摘 要： | 通过对创新理论以及产业集群创新网络理论的回顾,指出了客观存在的各种创新中心以及创新网络的生命周期特征.集群能够促进创新行为的出现,但在集群成长的不同阶段,创新的内容和主体有所不同.结合张江高科技园区中软件业的发展历史和现状,分析了软件产业创新特征.研究结果表明:目前该软件园区中集群创新网络仍然处于初级阶段,形成了以国外大型企业、国内大型企业和国内独立自主型中小企业为核心的初级网络模式,需要通过多种途径促进其发展.
