锯缘青蟹蟹奴病的研究

研究发现蟹奴在孵化过程中内层卵先排出,内层囊膜再相继排出,而不是外囊膜先排出。采用烟丝、马尾松、苦楝叶、复合五号药、鸦胆子、使君子等六种药物对蟹奴幼体进行杀灭试验,结果仅烟丝(83.3ppm)和苦楝叶(110ppm)有效,前者5h后杀灭率16.6％,后者24h后杀灭率52.5％。

STUDY DISEASE ON THE SACCULINARY OF SOYLLA

Sacculina granifera is the Ciripedia with unique appearence which parasite in Scylla Sarrata. It contains two parts-one is exterior body, another is internal body. (The circular. brown block which exposes out of the host is named exterior body, its size is 0.3 to 3. 8cm long and 0.4to4.2cm wide and 0.2tol.4cm thick; while the tree root-liked body which contacts the exterior body with a short bar, stays in the host for absorbing the nutrients.The parasited crabs grow slowly, the crabmeat doesn 't fit for food because of taste. Parasites can also change the sex characteristics of thse Crabs, and cause the sex de-cl ining of steriling.Larva Crabs are easy to get into trouble.By observing the hatchery course of Sacculina granifera, we have found that, the inner layer of eggs are ovulated first, then the neibour layer, and soon and soforth, after the last ovulation, the exterior cyst film decline and turn into a black one and leave the host.Six medicines had been used to kill the parasites in this experiment to find which one is efficent. the result shows that tabacco 83.3ppm, Melia azedarach llOppm can get the remarkable effect.
