| 摘 要： | 本文讨论了IERS的RSC 88C01实现过程中在有关基本源选取和参考架定向确定等方面存在的问题,分析了它们对IERS天球参考架的影响,提出了建立和维持高精度天球参考架的几点建议。

| Abstract: | In this present paper,the statistical results are given which show that the primary sources of the RSC(IERS)88 C 01 are improperly selected and the orientation of the celestial reference frame of IERS is not strictly set.The confusion is detectable in the coordinates of the complementary sources which may result from the mistakes in the construction of the RSC(IERS)88 C 01.Compensation should be made for these shortcomings in the authors' view. |
