摘    要:用不含NaCl和含0.2%,0.4%,0.8%及1.0%NaCl的溶液处理小麦14d,分别测定其根,茎,叶的12种元素含量,叶绿素含量和生物量,随着盐度的增加,麦全株和各器官的Na^+含量逐步上升,而叶绿素含量,碳含量和生和的量逐步降低,对5种大量元素的吸收也逐步下降。

Abstract:The wheat was treated for 14 days in different NaC1 solutions of concentrat-ion 0.0%, 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.8% and 1 .0%, respectively, then the contents of 12 elem-ents, chlorophyll and biomass of the roots, stems and leaves were measured. It wasfound that with the increase of salinity, the contents of Na in the three organsand therefore in the individuals gradually grew; meanwhile, the cuntents of chlor-ophyll and carbon, and the absorption of the five macro-elements and the biomassgradually decreased.
