| 摘 要： | The response of marine bacteria to mine tailings was studied in three marine ecosystem enclosures of 60 m~3, one control and two treated with 10 and 100 ppm (dry) respectively of dredged mine tailings from Alice Arm, B. C., Canada. Determination of bacterial biomass was conducted by epi-fluorescence and bacterial productivity by ~3H-thymidine uptake.
