| Abstract: | This paper introduces a new and much more accurate determination of the transformation parameters between coordinate frames of the Parametry Zemli 1990(PZ-90) system used by GLONASS and the World Geodetic System 1984(WGS84) used by GPS. The project was completed by Russian Federation Ministry of Defence, Topographic Service. Here we describe the transformation model and experiment used in the project detailedly. And we also give a series of result analyses. |
