| Abstract: | In the southwestern part of the South Sakhalin Basin, the main source rocks are early Miocene clayey deposits of the Upper Due Suite, middle Miocene dark gray and black mudstone of the Kurasiy Suite, and, probably, black mudstone of the Bykov Suite of Late Cretaceous age. |
