| 摘 要： | 结合我国海洋环境监测数据传输现状技术分析及其今后技术发展方向，阐述了海洋环境监测数据的通信需求和特点以及建立海洋环境监测数据卫星通信系统的必要性和可行性。并就系统建设所涉及的组成体系结构、数据通信流程和实现功能及其关键技术进行设计与论述。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the delivering technology of ocean environment monitoring data and its developmental direction are introduced, and the communication requirement and character of ocean environment monitoring data and the necessity and feasibility of constructing the satellite system for ocean environment monitoring data are also described. The system structure, data-communicating process, the realization of its function and the key technology related to the system construction is introduced, too. |
