由于海岸带生态系统已经越来越多地被现代人的行为所控制和影响,如何实现包括人类在内的海岸带生态系统的可持续发展已经成为海岸带管理中一项不可或缺的内容。然而,我们为了避免犯与陆地上同样的错误,海岸带管理和决策者们必须意识到人类是众多依赖海岸带为生的种群的一个组成部分。海岸带管理的目标是要最终实现经济可行、社会公正、生态和谐的海岸带的可持续发展。

Study on Coastal Sustainable Development Based on Ecosystem Management

As coastal ecosystem is controlled and affected by human,it has become very important thing to strengthen the idea of sustainable development of coastal ecosystem including human self.So,in order to avoid the same mistake that people take on land,coastal managers and policy-makers must realize that human is a part of coastal ecosystem.The target of coastal management is to achieve coastal sustainable development.
