| 摘 要： | 地震预报攻关现已进入“战略相持”阶段。在新阶段,需要倡导多元化的科学观,全面地认识地下流体的作用,正确提出地震预报科学研究的基本课题;重大工作任务是,积累高质量的长期观测资料,开展5方面的基础与应用研究,促进多学科大综合。此阶段研究工作的前景是十分广阔的。 |

| Abstract: | Breakthought of earthquake prediction has come into a 'strategy stalemate' stage.In this new stage,it is needed to sparkplug various scientific outlooks,to roundly recognize the effects of subsurface fluid,and to rightly put forward basis projects of scientific study in earthquake prediction.Tasks of great works are to accumulate high quality observational data in a long period,to develop basis and application studies in five terms,and to promote great multidisciplinary synthesis.The foreground of research jobs in this stage is fully wide. |
