Abstract:Emergency collaboration is the essential link in emergency management system, especially in major earthquake emergent respondence. It is necessary to cooperate with multiple departments to implement emergency rescue services. In this paper, some popular techniques such as Netty, OkHttp and Amap API are used to build a mobile APP system based on Android smart phones. The system integrates major functions such as emergency collaboration, emergency basic data query and real-time disaster reporting to provide mobile terminal application support for earthquake emergency decision making service and to improve the linkage and collaboration of earthquake emergency management.
