| Abstract: | With the methods analysis of grey relationship ,the paper select index factors with greater influence to water resource development of Henan province , and analyse the degree of water resource development with the chosen index by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. It provides a decision_making basis for water resources development in the province. |
