开发水利资源中应注意的一些问题

随着西部大开发和西电东送工程的建设，在西部地区，特别是云、桂、贵、川等地水利资源丰富的大江大河上兴建的水电站越来越多，其中有一些坝很高、库容大的水电站建在或即将建在断裂发育、构造活动强烈、地震烈度高的地区.结合铜街子水库蓄水后，其周围地区的地震活动发生了变化，同时结合发生在四川两次地震水灾，提出在开发西部地区丰富的水力资源时应注意的六个问题。

A lot of dams are built near the faults and the tectonic belts with high intensive seismicity as well. Taking Tongjeizi hydropower station as an example, after the reservoir had been filled with water, there are earthquakes around the dam. And also thinking back to the long time ago, two times heavy flood hazards caused by the earthquakes are recalled, So some suggestions are put forward for the development of waterpower resource.
