南京市优势矿产资源及其开发利用战略

南京市是长江下游在城市，长江下游第一大港口，地理上具有明显的区位优势，好的未来目标是建成国际大都市。南京经济基础好，特别是矿产产品加工业，建筑业这，这是未来经济腾飞的重要条件。而矿产资源又是发展原材料工业的重要基础，南京市矿产资源较丰富，如何发展来本地经济发展服务是摆在我们面前的重大课题。本文就南京市优势资源开发利用战略提出一点看法，供制定发展规划参考。

Dominant Mineral Resources and Development of Naming City

Naming,a large city and first big port along the lower reaches of Yangtze River,have anapparent regional superiority. With rich mineral resources and good economic foundation as well as developed mineral processing and building industries,future development in the city will have a stable support. The dominant minerals in Nanjing as important raw materials fall into three types:building minerals including limestone, dolomite, gypsum, siliceous sand or rock minerals, basalt, building stones, sand and clays ; nonferrous and precious metallic minerals including copper,zinc,lead and silver;chemicallic raw minerals including attapulgite,celestite and pyrite.Recently,there has set up over 1000 production mines and produces 50m. tpa,and 28 kinds minerals have been exploited in Naming. Total annual output value of mining industry is about 650m. Yuan. The main prodferns existed in mining industry in the city is that imperfect management,Poor mining technology and equipments. Crude ores and roughed products are major products and that most mining enterprise's benefit is lower. To make full use dominant minerals,the resource advantage of nonferrous metallic and nonmetallic minerais must be transformed into economic benefit to meet demand or urban construction through the introduction of new technologies and new products. Glass raw materials could be met by local quality minerals which can be also supplied the market or other provinces. For the realization or development strategy,muck capital must be invested in the exploration and technical: trausformation in mines to set up some large comprehensive mine enterprises with good benefit as well as investigation institutes carried out mineral utilization. The comprehensive utilization of tailings and consolidation or mining activity must be also resolved to protect environment and upgrade mining's efficiency.
