基于7色高保真彩色印刷的颜色分色模型

CMYK 4色分色技术已经延用了很长时间,但是,随着印刷技术的提高以及人们对精品印刷物需求的日益迫切,在20世纪未开始了超过4色的多色高保真印刷技术研究,该研究的关键技术是如何将原稿颜色分解成所使用的分色版的印刷墨量值(网点面积率)。本文提出了一种新的三色表色原理及基于该原理对给定颜色进行色域空间位置划分的思想,给出了一种基于传统纽介堡方程算法原理的7色印刷颜色分色模型,在求解纽介堡方程的基础上,给合灰成分替代以及RGB色替代,实现了完善的分色。

A color separation model based on 7-color Hi-Fi press

The CMYK color separation technique has been used for long.However,with the improvement of press techniques and the increasing requirement on fine press publication,people started to research a new press techniques called hi-fi press which used more than 4 colors in late 20cn,its key technique was to separate the original color into ink dot area coverage.In this paper,the author brought forward a new triple-color system and based on which the author put forward an idea of locating a given color in the gamut segment.Moreover,a 7-color press separation model based on traditional Neugebauer equation was given.Combined with gray component replacement(GCR) and RGB replacement,based on equation solution,the author realized perfect color separation.
