| Abstract: | After constracting between the Pleistocene ostracods fossil assemblage in the Fenwei Basin and in the Henan Plain district, the author suggests that the eastern section of the Yellow River (east of Sanmenxia) had formed during the initial stage of the Middle Pleistocene or the last stage of the Early Pleistocene, i. e. about 0. 7 to 1 Ma age. |
