电解回收离子交换法分离稀土排出液的Cu和EDTA

摘    要:首次提出了应用电解技术回收由高温同压离子交换法分离出的稀土排出液中的Cu和EDTA。研究了电压、电解液流量、阳极液浓度等条件对电解效率的影响及P至电解尾液回收EDTA的影响。确定了最佳工艺条件。实践证明,本方法具有回民效率高,EDTA回收品质好,操作简单,成本低廉,污染小的特点。适用于离子交换法分离稀土的生产。

Abstract:This paper presents for the first time the method of retricving Cu and EDTA in the solution of high temperature and high pressure IEC separation of RE.Using electrolysis technique,it studies some Cu effect factors to the electrolysis including voltage,current of electrolysis,equivalent concentration of positive and the EDTA retrieve effect of acidity. It has been determined that the electrolysis has better retriene effect, high quality of retrieved EDTA;simply technological process; lower cost and less contamination.It is suitable for Iec separation of RE.
