随着信息化步伐的加快,"数字城市"建设成为各地信息化发展的重要内容,但由于没有成熟的理论指导,缺乏科学合理的总体规划和设计,结果形成了新的"信息孤岛",造成了资源浪费。以"数字徐州"为例阐述了数字城市地理空间框架建设的目标、任务及实施方案;详细介绍了地理空间框架的体系结构、空间数据及数据库、地理空间框架服务平台建设情况,并结合国土、市政、城管、气象等领域给出了应用示范,旨在为"数字城市"建设提供参考和指导。

Research on Construction and Application of Digital City Geo-spatial Framework

Recently, digital city construction has become a very important part when IT is developing faster and faster. However, enterprise architecture and overall design have not gotten enough attention due to lack of experience and corresponding theories, and single system construction or project has been the most common pattern, which results in more information islands and waste of already limited resources. The paper described the objectives, tasks and implementation plan of digital city geo-spatial framework, taking the digital Xuzhou as an example. The architecture of digital geospatial framework, spatial data and database construction and service platform of geospatial framework were presented in detail and applied for the land, a municipal, urban management and meteorology fields. The purpose was to provide reference and directing for the building of digital city geo-spatial framework.
