关于电子政务基础地理信息平台建设的研究

近年来,国家对加快推进政府信息化特别是对电子政务建设提出了很高的要求。电子政务的发展越来越深入,对基础地理信息的需求愈来愈明显。通过湖北省卫生厅电子政务基础地理信息平台的建设,将基础地理信息引入电子政务,借助地理信息系统独特的可视化和分析等功能来强化电子政务,探讨了电子政务基础地理信息平台建设的方法。

Research on the Construction of the Geometrics Information Platform for E-government

The state government recently puts forward high request to advance government's informatization especially for e-government. The more deeply e-government develops, the more obviously it needs geometrics information. Based on the construction of the geometrics information platform for Health Department e-government of Hubei Province, introducing geometrics information into e-government to enhance e-government by means of the geographic information system unique visualization and analysis capabilities, this paper explored the methods of the construction of the geometrics information platform for e-government.
