京津二市的分工与合作

京津城市的分工与合作，对带动整个中国北方经济的发展尤为重要。文章通过对北京、天津比较优势的分析，指出北京作为首都，应凭借政治、文化中心带来的优势，成为全国的经济管理中心和高新技术研究开发中心、国际信息中心；天津的发展应利用港口优势，发挥北方制造业中心、商贸中心、高新技术开发和试验基地等职能；京津两市共同建设成为我国北方、乃至东北亚的金融中心、国际旅游中心。

Division and Corporation of Urban Function of Beijing and Tianjin

It is very important for the economic development of all north China to strengthen the division and corporation of function of Beijing and Tianjin. By comparing Beijing with Tianjin, this article points out that Beijing, the capital of China, should utilize advantages of the political and cultural center and become the center of Chinese economic management, the center of Chinese high and new technical research and development, the international information center. Tianjin should make the best of the port and export functions of the north manufacturing center, the north trade center, the north high and new technical exploitation and test base; Beijing and Tianjin should become the north China or even the northeast Asia financial center and international traveling center.
