| 摘 要： | 根据赤柏松铜镍矿石中含泥量大,品位低,嵌布粒度细的特点,通过试验研究,选取了中矿再磨再选和粗选尾矿再磨再选的浮选工艺流程,用纤维素抑制矿泥(脉石),JY 406作为铜、镍分离的抑制剂,两种工艺流程均获得到了较理想的试验指标。

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of large sand content,low grade,inset fine grain size in Chibaisong Cu,Ni ores,through testing study,chose the flotation technology of regrinding and refloating for middling and regrinding and refloating for roughening tailing,control ore sludge(vein stone) by cellulose,the JY406 as a controlling agent for parting Cu and Ni,the two kinds of technological processes all get relative satisfying testing indexes. |
