| 摘 要： | 近年来,国家授时中心(NTSC)所保持的地方协调世界时UTC(NTSC)和地方原子时TA(NTSC)的准确度和稳定度水平稳步提高,进入了国际先进水平的行列。简要介绍了当前国家授时中心的守时钟组成,地方协调世界时UTC(NTSC)的产生和保持,以及原子时TA(NTSC)算法的研究等。守时工作的进一步改进正在进行之中。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the acuracy and stability of UTC(NTSC) and TA(NTSC)which are maintained by NTSC(National Time Service Center)have been improved steadily getting into the rank of the advanced world level.The combination of frequency standards of NTSC's time keeping system,the generation and maintenance of UTC(NTSC),and the development of the TA(NTSC) algorithm are presented briefly.The time keeping is beeing improved still further. |
