Abstract: | A representative stand was selected in an offshore wind farm in Dafeng, Jiangsu Province, and a real-time monitoring system for local scour of pile foundation was installed to monitor the seabed around the pile foundation in real time, which was compared with the results of multi beam underwater topographic survey. The results show that the real-time monitoring effect of the system is good, which is consistent with the multi beam measurement results. Its greatest advantage is that it can continuously monitor the elevation change of the seabed around the pile foundation in a long-term real-time manner, and grasp the long-term erosion and deposition trend. Scour pits with amaximum scour depth of 8 m have been generated on the seabed around the pile foundation. In order to ensure the safety and stability of the fan system, it is recommended to take scour protection measures in time to prevent further development of scour pits. |
