超远距离HF传播预测值与实测值的比较

摘    要:本文主要对超远距离HF传播信号场强测量值与山CCIR第894—2号报告书方法所做的预测值进行了比较,其平均偏差为-1.7dB,标准均方根偏差为13.5dB。最后分析了偏差的原因并对预测方法进行了评估,指出预测值偏低和对极点聚焦公式应当修改,这将大大提高第894—2号报告方法的预测精度。

Abstract:The comparisons between HF sky wave field strength measurements and predictions made by Report 894- 2 of CCIR have been made. The mean difference and standard deviation are-4. 7dB and 13. 5dB respectively. The reasons of the deviation between measurements and predictions have been analyzed. Also, authors have evaluated the prediction method for path lengths greater than 9000 km involved in Report 894-2 of CCIR and pointed out that the predictions are too low compared with measurements and the antpode focus formula should be modified. If so,the prediction accuracy of Report 894-2 of CCIR will be improved.
