中国产业集群研究及进展

系统论述了产业集群的概念及思想渊源，说明产业集群在中国的实际应用比理论研究更加扎实，已经取得非常瞩目的成绩，尤其在我国东南沿海地区，产业集群在区域发展中已成为主导推动力量。近几年，中国关于产业集群的理论研究受到地理学、经济学、管理学及社会学等专业领域的高度重视，召开了各种类型的国际国内学术研讨会，出版几十部专著，发表4900多篇论文，取得了一大批研究成果。结论认为，产业集群理论研究在我国还比较薄弱；按照产业性质可将其分为传统产业集群、高新技术产业集群和资本与技术结合型产业集群；产业集群的创新效应主要表现在为企业提供良好的创新氛围，促进知识和技术转移扩散，降低企业创新成本；产业集群已经成为一种充满活力的区域发展模式。

This article discusses the concept of industrial cluster and its ideological origin, thinks that the practice of industrial cluster is much more .solid than its theoretical research in China and has made outstanding achievement, especially in the coastal area of southeast China, where industrial cluster has become a leading drive in the regional development. In recent years, the theoretical research of industrial cluster has amused great attention in the field of geography, economics, management science, sociology and so on. With domestic and international seminars having been held, dozen of professional works and over 4800 papers published. This article concludes that the theoretical research of industrial cluster is very weak in China; In accordance with the nature of industry, the research could be classified as traditional industrial cluster, high-new industrial cluster and capital combined technology industrial cluster; The innovation effects of industrial cluster could be providing good in- novation environment for enterprises, promoting the transfer and spread of knowledge and technology, reducing the innovation cost of enterprises; Industrial cluster has formed into a dynamic regional model.
