Introduction on the Digital Results of 1:1000000 National boundary Standard Drawing Sample-Maps

National Boundary Standard Drawing Sample-Maps of China (shortened form: Standard Sample-Maps) were earnestly compiled through hard working for many years, which are authority. They are the basis and gist on compiling and censoring national boundary on the maps at scale 1:1000000 or smaller. For better preserving and enough utilizing these valuable materials, they have been digitized and processed, which established the basis for censoring map OAS aftertime. This paper firstly analyzed the outline and basic characteristics of the Standard Sample-Maps. Then, particularly introduced a series of technical specifications on vector data, as well processing methods on raster data. Finally, advised the using mode of Standard Sample-Maps data.
