发展中国家对外直接投资的成功经验及其对中国的启示

企业国际化和对外直接投资已成为中国经济今后发展的重要目标之一,同时借鉴发达国家和发展中国家对外直接投资理论都是必要的。本文分析了发展中国家对外直接投资的成功经验。介绍了小规模技术、技术地方化、技术创新升级、比较优势、国际生产折衷、国际区位进入和投资阶段等适用中国的对外投资理论,最后为中国企业国际化和对外投资提出了一些建议。

Theories and Successful Experience of Developing Countries on outward FDI and its Enlightenment to China

In the process of economic globalization and internationalization of the enterprises, inward and outward FDIs have been more and more popular and necessary for developing countries especialy for China. Compared with inward FDI, the outward FDI is too small to the match of the rapidly developing China. For this reason, drawing lessons from the theories on FDI in both of the developing and developed countries is imperative. This paper mainly introduces some theories which are suitable for Chinese outward FDI of the MNEs. They are: "theory of small scale technology", "theory of technological localization", "theory of technological innovation", "theory of comparative advantages", "theory of international location entrance" and so on. By analyzing some of the useful experiences on industry, location, organization and other effective factors , several strategic suggestions have been put forward in this paper.
