| 摘 要： | 本文地岫岩－海城Ｍｓ５．６地震临震预报的决策基础和原则，对地震学参数的应用、震后突发前兆异常的意义、震后稳定社会问题。华北地区一系列中强震的震兆意义、余震的预报和地震预报的风险性进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we summarize the main points of bases and radical principles impending the Xiuyan-Haicheng earthquake prediction. We also discuss about the seismic parameters application and predictive value of premonitory Anomaly after a main earthquake, and precursor significance of recent earthquakes in North China. Further more, we also analyse the risk of the earthquake prediction. |
