摘    要:介绍了长江口深水航道第一期工程GPS控制网的建立和转换参数的计算;探讨了用Bursa模型及其改进模型将WGS84模型及其改进模型将WGS84DG三雏空间坐标转换到北京1954平面坐标和吴淞高程的有关问题。

Abstract:This paper introduces the establishment of the GPS control network and the calculation of the transformation parameters of the first stage deep water channel project in the entrance of Yangtze River. Then this paper disscusses some problem about the coordinate transformation from WGS84 coordinate system to the Beijing 1954 plane coordinate system and shanghai Wusong height system using Bursa model and it's improved model.
