| 摘 要： | 本文通过对９３例颅脑肿瘤病人的三维ＣＴ（３ＤＣＴ）研究，发现①３ＤＣＴ能生动地显示肿瘤的大小、形态、位置及与周围大血管、脑室、小脑幕及大脑镰的立体解剖关系，②能各角度旋转及切割观察，并可进行解剖测量。本文还就其优越性及限度做了探讨。

| Abstract: | In this study, 3D-CT images were reconstructed from transaxial CT scanning in 93 patients with intracranial and extracraninl tumors.The conclusions could be drawn as follows:3D-CT images vividly demonstrates the sire,shape,location and spateal reationships of tumors.Its surperiority revealed by:1.Aid the radioloist and other clinicians to simplify the course of thought in diagnosis and watch the image of a lesion directly and deeply insight into the diease instead of a mental image by imagination;2.Aid to plan an operation and the route of entry. |
