| Abstract: | IC card technology has been widely used in every corner of social life.This paper discusses the IC card technology in the land certificate applications.It introduces the principle of IC card technology and the current development and shortage of paper certificates of land,and analysis the legal status and effect of the land certificate card.It also explore the information stored in Land Certificate IC Card and look ahead the application of land certificate IC card. |
