The absence of extraterrestrials on earth and the prospects for CETI

The absence of extraterrestrials on Earth in spite of the probable existence of a “Galactie Club” is a result of our nearly unique position on the verge of becoming a memeber. This supports the view that we are under surveillance by extraterrestrial intelligence, and reduces the likelihood of contact by radiotelescopes.
