| 摘 要： | 传统竣工测量成果表达方式的不直观和判读性差等问题,已不能满足城乡规划批后管理的要求。针对这一现状,探讨三维仿真技术在竣工测量中的应用,分析三维竣工测量的特点,提出三维竣工测量的具体实施步骤。通过在宁波市推行三维竣工测量,使建设工程规划批后管理的科学性得到提高。

| Abstract: | Because of nonintuitive and poor interpretation of the results,traditional final surveying method can＇t meet the requirements of after-plan-approval administration.For this situation,discussion is made on the application and characteristics of three-dimensional simulation technology in completion surveying,and proposed the specific implementation steps of three-dimensional surveying.The scientific nature of the project after-plan-approval administration is improved through the practice in Ningbo. |
