| 摘 要： | 四一八队１９９２年下半年组建地勘院，实行单独核算，自负盈亏，定额上交，突破了计划经济体制下的地勘业运作方式，提高了职工闯市场、求效益的积极性，２年来上交大队２７２万元，为地勘业的改革建立了雏形。
