| Abstract: | Related in this paper are expositions on seismic protections of all circles abroad, trains of thought about countermea-sures against earthquakes abroad, features of international earthquake relief work and efforts of humanity in protecting a-gainst earthquakes. It is concluded that protection and fortification against earthquakes is an important strategic decision in the building of precautionized cities. |
