摘    要:采用温室缸栽施肥法(N、P、K复合肥10g)对芦苇叶片及茎秆生长规律进行了研究。结果表明:施肥使芦苇叶片发叶早、发叶量多、叶面积大、功能期延长;相对于对照,施肥条件下生长的芦苇茎秆发节早、发节多、节间长、茎秆重增加;施肥应在第5节茎秆伸长前的10d左右施肥,可使芦苇茎秆重和节间长明显增加,进而提高芦苇产量;施肥和对照条件下芦苇均表现出夜间生长量大于白天生长量的生长规律。因此,施肥改善了芦苇本身的营养状况,通过加速芦苇叶片、茎秆分生和伸长速度促进了芦苇生长,对于实现芦苇高产具有重要意义。

Abstract:The growth of leaf and stem of reeds was studied using the pots in the greenhouse with N, P, K fertilizer. Results showed that fertilization resulted in earlier leaf growth, larger number of leaves, bigger leaf area and longer functional period. Compared with the control, fertilization stimulated earlier stem node growth, larger number of stem nodes, longer internodes, and larger weight of stems. Fertilization should be conducted about 10 days before elongation of the fifth stem node, which could lead to significant increase of stem weight and internode length, therefore increase of reed production. The growth of reeds during night was larger than that during the daytime for both fertilization and the control. Thus, fertilization improved the nutrition and metabolic status of reeds itself, and stimulated growth of reeds by increasing leaf and stem merisis and elongation, this had an important significance for achieving high production of reeds.
