| 摘 要： | 北京具有巨大的地下空间资源,但尚未得到大规模有效合理的开发,随着北京经济发展速度和国际化大都市步伐的日益加快,"城市综合症"越发突现.文章分析了北京地下空间开发利用的实际,对需求状况从几个方面做出预测,并针对北京的特点,就如何规范、有序地开发和利用好地下空间资源提出了看法.

| Abstract: | Beijing city has the huge underground space resources, but have not yet got the large -scale valid and reasonable development and construction. Aim at the characteristics of Beijing city development, the article analyzed the actual circumstance of urban underground space development in Beijing, put forward how to make use of the underground space resources reasonably. |
