松嫩平原西部自然灾害及防治对策

松嫩平原西部由于特有的地质，地理演化过程和气候，水文条件制约，集旱、涝、盐碱、风沙等自然灾害为一体，并伴随该区人口的增加，较长时期只顾开发，忽视治理和保护，从而加剧中种自然灾害发生，该区灾害的防治应以协调人地关系为原则，水利控制与生物工程相结合，开发与治理和保护并举。
