| 摘 要： | 基础测绘直接关系到各种基础地理信息的获取、管理、应用、更新以及共享,是建设地理空间基础框架的中坚力量。分析了连云港市基础测绘存在的问题,叙述了基础测绘框架建设的总体方案,主要包括基础测绘建设的重要性、工作目标、任务和技术路线。

| Abstract: | The fundamental S/M determines all kinds of geographic information acquisition,management,application,renewal and sharing.It has become the central force to construct Geographic Spatial Fundamental Frame.The paper analyzes the problem in fundamental S/M and introduces the general project of fundamental S/M construction,including the importance,objective,mission and technical scheme. |
