| Abstract: | Climatic features of the 1999 early spring (February to March) severe drought in Nanning prefecture is analyzed,and its contributing factors are explored.It is recognized that the main contributing factor is the anomlous general circulation,and the drought is associated with the ENSO event in 1998. |
