三维工业测量系统与工业摄影测量相结合在动态工业测量中的应用

本文讨论了高精度三维工业测量系统和工业摄影测量各自在工业生产中的优缺点。提出了通过将两者配合使用,结合各自优点,使用三维工业测量系统为工业摄影测量提供高精度像控点,进而运用工业摄影测量的实现对工业生产环境中的目标,尤其是动态工业目标及其他需在短时间内观测的大量目标的高精度测量与检测。在实际工业生产测量证明该方法切实有效,不仅解决了复杂环境的动态工业目标的观测问题,且相对于单独使用两种观测方法观测数据的精度有较大的提高。

The combining of industrial measuring system and industrial photogrammetry apply in dynamic industrial measring

This paper gives a discussion on the strongpoint and shortcoming of the high precision industrial measuring system and industrial photogrammetry in respective industrial produces. To work in the two methods, combining with both advantages in the use of industrial measuring system ,it can supply high precision reference for industrial photogrammetry to reach high precision measurement and monitor on the dynamic industrial objects in the industrial produces, especially on the industrial dynamic objects that need to be observed in short time. Relevant experiments implemented in the practical industrial measuring process testify the method. It not only solve the problem about dynamic observation of the industrial objects in the complex circumstance, but also improve the precision comparing to using the two measuring methods respectively.
